Update jquery.inputmask.js

The code above is being executed in Chrome which causes the cursor to be positioned in the input box. This gives the input box focus and triggers the datepicker. It also gives focus to the last input item that has an inputmask applied to it. I was not able to recreate with JSFiddle but was able to do it with a local copy of the file. From what I see there is no reason to set the cursor's position if the item does not have focus.
