Update / Improve french translation (#5404)

"Masquer" is way more used than "Cacher" in IT (as in Windows).
"Actualiser" too, you can find usage of it in Chrome or Firefox for the Reload button.

As for adding "les" in "Masquer les" or "Afficher les", it just sounds and looks better.

I have a problem with `formatToggleOn` & `formatToggleOff` as the translation is correct with "Afficher la vue carte" but it sounds better with Enable/Disable (Activer/Désactiver).
